Vessel owners or their representatives are responsible for ensuring that their vessels are properly maintained, safely moored, adequately insured, operated responsibly and compliant with applicable documentation and safety requirements.
Users must not cause damage, obstruction, pollution, disturbance, unsafe conditions or misuse of marina areas, facilities, equipment, pontoons, walkways, service areas or access points.
Users may be held responsible for damage, costs, losses, penalties, cleaning, removal, repair or other consequences resulting from breach of rules, misuse of facilities, inaccurate information, non-payment or unsafe conduct.
