6. Berth Requests
Berth requests are subject to availability, vessel dimensions, operational conditions, applicable tariffs and confirmation by the marina team.
The allocation of a berth, when confirmed, does not necessarily imply the right to a fixed or specific berth location unless expressly confirmed by Porto Santo Marina.

Diesel supply, where available, must be coordinated in advance through the marina reception or official contact channels.

9. Tariffs, Payments and Charges
Berthing, temporary stays, marina services, boatyard services, utilities, equipment use, repair area use, slipway access and other services may be subject to applicable tariffs, charges, deposits, guarantees or payment conditions.
Tariffs may vary according to vessel type, vessel size, duration of stay, service requested, operational conditions and applicable rules.
Porto Santo Marina may require payment, pre-payment, deposit, guarantee or settlement of outstanding amounts before confirming or continuing the provision of services.
Users should always confirm the applicable tariff before requesting, booking or using a marina or boatyard service.
10. Changes, Cancellations and No-Shows
Users should inform Porto Santo Marina as soon as possible of any change to arrival time, departure time, vessel information, service requirements or cancellation of a request.
Failure to provide updated information may affect berth allocation, service availability, operational planning or the validity of a confirmed request.
Depending on the type of service, timing of cancellation, operational preparation and applicable tariff conditions, charges may apply.
11. User Responsibilities
Vessel owners, representatives, crews, visitors and service providers are responsible for complying with the marina regulations, safety instructions, operational procedures and applicable legal requirements.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their vessel is properly maintained, safely moored, adequately insured and compliant with the documentation and safety requirements applicable to the requested service or stay.
Users must not obstruct access areas, pontoons, walkways, service zones, fuel areas, slipway access, repair areas or other operational spaces.
12. Operational Conditions and Safety
Porto Santo Marina may refuse, modify, suspend or postpone a request or service where required by weather conditions, sea conditions, safety requirements, maintenance needs, operational constraints, public interest, competent authority instructions or other circumstances beyond the marina’s reasonable control.
