The Board of Directors of Marina do Porto Santo hereby informs its users and all interested parties that, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Clause 38 and paragraphs 2 and 3 of Clause 53 of the Tender Specifications for the Public Tender promoted by APRAM for the Concession of the Operation of Porto Santo Marina, and pursuant to Articles 97, 100 and 101 of the Administrative Procedure Code, it is submitting for Public Consultation the proposed Usage Regulations for Porto Santo Marina and its Boatyard, as well as the Tariff to be applied.

The Porto Santo Marina Usage Regulations govern the set of relationships arising from navigation support and harbour shelter for recreational vessels, preserving the quality of the equipment and services provided and establishing rules for access, use and permanence within the Marina area, as well as the use of the Boatyard and the applicable Tariff.

The Concessionaire prepared these documents taking into account the technical experience of its staff, while consulting users and other interested parties connected to recreational boating, as well as similar entities.
